Help with SARS: Get Your Paperwork Ready on WhatsApp

Short answer: Most SARS problems come down to missing paperwork: an IRP5, a medical certificate, slips for a claim, or a statement SARS asked for. Send them on WhatsApp and they are read, filed and ready for you or your tax practitioner to submit on eFiling.

How it works

  1. Send a photo or PDF of each document: IRP5, medical certificate, slips, bank statements, SARS letters.
  2. Each one is read and filed for you, and you can ask what is still missing or what you owe.
  3. When it is ready, you or your registered tax practitioner capture and submit it on eFiling.

Do it on WhatsApp

Once you are set up, just say: "what do I owe SARS"

Frequently asked questions

Do you submit my return to SARS?

No. We prepare and organise everything, and you or your registered tax practitioner submit it on eFiling. We never file with SARS for you.

Can you help if SARS sent me a letter?

Send a photo of the letter and the documents it asks for. They are kept together so you can find them and send them to SARS yourself.

Is this tax advice?

No. It is your paperwork, read and organised, plus an estimate. For advice on your own situation, speak to SARS or a registered tax practitioner.
