Frequently asked questions

Which banks does it work with?

It reads the statement itself, PDF or photo, rather than linking to your bank. If a statement cannot be read, you are told instead of getting a wrong file.

Can I get it for Xero or Sage?

Ask for "export to Xero" or "export to Sage" and the Exports page opens with your files.

Do you need my banking password?

No. You only send the statement you already downloaded. We never ask for banking logins.
